Sustainable materials from Palamo

That's why you'll find the majority of packaging solutions in our portfolio made from recycled materials that are fully recyclable. Single and double corrugated cardboard

Corrugated cardboard represents the basic material for our high-quality and completely customizable cross packaging. Regardless of their number, the flutes offer a decisive advantage.

This is because even lightweight paper is given extraordinarily stable strength and additional resistance by the flute formation. This is made possible by the hollow volume of the corrugations, which acts like a buffer. In this way, the lightweight construction becomes a robust packaging material for our cross sleeves. We have three types of corrugated board for you to choose from:

- E-flute: single flute fine flute with a flute height of 1.5 mm; carries products weighing up to 7 kg
- B-flute: single flute fine flute with a flute height of 3 mm; carries products weighing up to 14 kg
- EB-flute: Double flute with a flute height of 4.5 mm; carries products weighing up to 32 kg

The B-flute, which belongs to the fine flute type, is particularly suitable for printing. The E-flute, also a fine shaft, has a higher thickness and is therefore a little more stable or can carry a higher weight. The EB-flute , on the other hand, is a combination of both variants. It belongs to the double flute category and combines particularly high stability with optimum printability.

In addition to your individual print, we offer you two additional finishing options for our cross packaging. One option is a glossy or matte coating with varnish. Alternatively, you can choose a protective laminate.

Here you can also choose between a matte and glossy version. Both finishes enhance the appearance of your individual Palamo packaging solution by improving the print image.

This gives your customers an impression of the quality of your packaging and thus of your products. In addition, the varnish and the laminate offer protection against external circumstances. For example, you can prevent your cross packaging from getting scratched.
