Your folding box can be printed on the outside in 4-color Euroscale (+ white). For printing on both sides, please contact our customer service.

You can choose a production time of 10 and 6 business days, delivery in 2 business days. The option of express production and delivery in 3 business days is only possible with the 280 gram GC2 cardboard.

We work from Monday to Friday. The only exceptions are the German holidays.

The outside of your folding box needs a varnish or protective laminate. The varnish provides light protection for the printed image. The protective laminate offers greater protection against environmental influences and a special feel (matt / glossy / soft-touch).

  • Our reclosable pouch boxes with automatic bottom are often used to surround heavy products with a stable outer packaging. Often the products are packed or shrink-wrapped in bags beforehand.

    You will find our pouch boxes in use in a wide variety of food and non-food areas. Especially due to our pointed closure, our box offers a particularly exclusive and noble appearance as your product packaging.

    Whenever a conventional tuck-in flap does not close the bottom tightly and securely enough and the product could slip through, our automatic bottom is the better and more stable alternative.

Choose the perfect format for your box

Customized packaging simply fits better - which is exactly why Palamo offers you the pouch boxes with automatic base in a format that is free within certain limits. So that you can always adapt your final packaging to your product and present your goods in the best possible way at the end, you have the option of choosing flexibly between different dimensions of your box.Theminimum and maximum dimensions are a length of 40 to 240 mm, a Width of 30 to 125 mm and a height of 40 to 260 mm. Since these dimensions refer to the inner dimensions of the boxes, you should specify 2 mm more than the corresponding product dimensions when placing your order. This way you can be sure that the box is not too small in any case.

The ideal material for your bag box

Our bag boxes with automatic bottom are available in a wide range of designs. No matter in which format or which material. In our Smart Configurator, you will find a number of options for the latter, each of which has its own individual advantages that you can use for packaging your products and for your marketing. You can choose between:

- grass boxboard
- Brown natural cardboard
- white folding carton
- Bright white cardboard

The grass boxboard offers you a particularly natural look, which is created by the green color. At the same time, it is probably one of the most sustainable packaging materials and has an incomparable feel that is an added extra.

    • With a thickness of 0.52 millimeters, it is at the same time not too strong, which in turn ensures a high-quality impression. The materials we use also have different grammages. A grammage indicates how much the material weighs per square meter. For our grass boxboard , the weight is 350 G/m², so it's rather light compared to our other options.

      The brown natural cardboard is significantly heavier with a grammage of 400 g/m². In addition, it has a thickness of 0.56 millimeters. These two factors contribute to its particularly stable appearance. However, in terms of naturalness, it can be compared with grass boxboard when looking at its appearance. Some of your customers will automatically associate this type of packaging and color with sustainability and environmental friendliness.

      Palamo offers you the white cardboard in two versions, which differ in color, thickness and grammage. The GC2 cardboard weighs 280 grams per square meter and is 0.52 millimeters thick.

      If you want a little more variation in the base color, it's ideal for you. It has a white front and a beige back. The second option, GC1, has a heavier grammage of 350g/m² and at 0.57 millimeters is the thickest cardboard that Palamo offers you. It is white on both sides, and the rough reverse side also offers a special feel.

      The last material option is the bright white cardboard. You can choose it if your product has a particularly noble and high-quality character and you want to convey these circumstances through the packaging to the outside.

      The exclusive look comes about because it is particularly smooth in addition to the strong white color. The bright white cardboard is available from us with a grammage of 450 g/m² and a thickness of 0.52 millimeters.

    • Your box with special finishing
