Your shipping box can be printed on the outside and inside in 4-color Euroscale (+ white). We print small runs in digital printing, large runs in offset printing.

The outside of your shipping box needs a varnish or protective laminate. The varnish provides a light protection of the printed image. The protective laminate offers greater protection against environmental influences and a special feel (matt / glossy / soft-touch).

Standard production time is 15 working days, delivery is in 2 working days. Express production and delivery is in 10+2 working days. We work from Monday to Friday. The only exceptions are the German holidays.

    FEFCO 0885 is a hinged-lid carton with adhesive strips. Palamo has two adhesive strips on the inside of the lid, which securely close the packaging.

In addition, there is a tear strip for easy opening. Your customers can use the adhesive strip to securely close the box. This means that returns can be sent back to your company safely and securely.

  • With Palamo, you have a particularly wide range of options when it comes to choosing the format and the corresponding dimensions. You have a completely free hand up to a certain limit. Within this limit, you can create your own label with your desired dimensions:

    - The length can range from 100 to 700 mm.
    - Also with Width everything is possible within 100 to 700 mm.
    - The height must be at least 20 mm and a maximum of 250 mm.

    You can see for yourself how many combination options are available to you at Palamo with regard to the format and dimensions. To further customize your flap lid box, you can also use different corrugated materials.

Palamo knows the needs of its customers and offers a very wide range of products. The individual materials or designs differ visually only in details, but some have different properties. This is reflected above all in the respective load limit of your hinged lid box with adhesive strips.

    The first material option Palamo offers you is the E-flute. It belongs to the fine flute category and has the lowest thickness in our range. It is therefore particularly suitable for packaging products, but less so for shipping.

    E-flute has a thickness of 1.5 millimeters. It can be loaded with a weight of up to seven kilos. At Palamo you can get flap lid boxes with adhesive strips made of this material in brown or white color - this applies to both the inside and the outside.

    The second option we offer you as a material for your flap lid boxes is the B-flute. In terms of color, you have the same choice as with the E-flute. However, with a thickness of 3 millimeters, it is significantly more stable.

    As a result, it can bear a weight of up to 14 kilograms. This material is therefore suitable both for your product packaging and as a basis for shipping cartons.

    Finally, you can opt for the EB-flute . This is a combination of E- and B-flute glued on top of each other. It therefore has a thickness of 4.5 millimeters. In total, you can load it with a weight of up to 32 kilograms.

    The EB-flute is ideal if you need a hinged lid carton that can also bring heavier products safely packaged to their destination.
