Particularly in shipping, products need packaging that reliably protects them from external influences and can be securely closed. With our folding cartons with FEFCO 0211 insert flap, we have just the right solution for you in our portfolio.
The abbreviation FEFCO stands for the association of corrugated board manufacturers in Europe, which was active for a long time under the name "Fédération Européenne des Fabricants de Carton Ondule". In the meantime, the name has been changed to "European Federation of Corrugated Board Manufacturers".
All corrugated cardboard boxes are marked with a four-digit FEFCO code, which describes the respective box and its exact design. Accordingly, our FEFCO 0211 folding cartons offer you flaps on the bottom as well as on the top.
The tabs on the bottom serve as a base for the bottom. Their design allows you to quickly and easily assemble your box, saving you a lot of time when shipping your products.
You can choose between our printed and unprinted variants for your folding carton. The print can serve you as a wide-ranging information and advertising space on which you can place important facts about the product as well as CI elements. Do you need a specific format? No problem: We make it possible and offer you freely selectable dimensions of your packaging within certain limits. This way, you get exactly the size you have in mind.
All you have to do is enter your desired dimensions in the configurator on the corresponding page. The format will change according to your individual input. Make sure that the dimensions always refer to the inside dimensions of your packaging.
With regard to our folding cartons with tuck-in flap, you can choose between a length of between 50 and 600 millimeters, a Width of between 50 and 400 millimeters and a height of between 100 and 500 millimeters
You can also choose between single-flute and double-flute corrugated board as a stable base material. Your folding carton can be made of E-flute, B-flute or EB-flute
If you decide on our folding carton with E-flute, you can use fine flute as the flute type. B-flute is the flute type fine flute, while you achieve high stability and convenient storage with EB flutes in our double flute corrugated board. These are double flutes made up of several fine flutes.

Best materials for best packaging
Palamo uses only high-quality corrugated board for the production of its carton packaging solutions. Based on our sustainable corporate philosophy, we use recyclable corrugated cardboard, much of which has already been recycled.
The latter is always obtained from already used cardboard or old newspapers. This is another reason why corrugated board has major advantages over many other packaging materials in terms of environmental protection and resource conservation.
This view of sustainability is enormously important to us. Because we don't just want to talk about environmental protection, but pursue the clear goal that all our products consistently reflect a corresponding environmental friendliness.
When you look at the materials for your folding carton, you have three options to choose from, each of which meets these criteria and also brings individual properties:
- E-flute
- B-flute
- EB-flute -
E-flute
The E-flute belongs to the category fine shaft. You can get it from Palamo in brown or white on both sides. The material is ideal as primary packaging or for shipping light products. E-flute has a thickness of 1.5 millimeters, so it is the most delicate material we offer for your boxes. Packaging made of E-flute has a maximum load capacity of 7 kilograms.
B-flute
The B-flute , on the other hand, is somewhat stronger, or to be more precise, twice as strong at 3 millimeters. It is therefore ideal as shipping packaging for your products - the maximum load capacity is 14 kilograms. Like the E-flute , you can get this material from Palamo in either a white or brown color.
EB-flute
The EB-flute is the strongest material that Palamo offers you for your shipping boxes. This double corrugated material consists of one E- and one B-flute, which lie on top of each other and is 4.5 millimeters thick.
The material is available from us in white or brown on both sides. With a load capacity of up to 32 kilograms, the EB-flute is ideal for safely shipping heavier products to your customers.
