Your folding box can be printed on the outside in 4-color Euroscale (+ white). For printing on both sides, please contact our customer service.

The outside of your folding box needs a varnish or protective laminate. The varnish provides light protection for the printed image. The protective laminate offers greater protection against environmental influences and a special feel (matt / glossy / soft-touch).

You can choose a production time of 10 and 6 business days, delivery in 2 business days. The option of express production and delivery in 3 business days is only possible with the 280 gram GC2 cardboard.

We work from Monday to Friday. The only exceptions are the German holidays.

    In industrial packaging practice, pouch boxes with a plug-in bottom are mainly used to surround products with a stable outer packaging. In terms of application, our pouch boxes can be found in a wide variety of food and non-food sectors. They are especially common in the food industry, including for:

Whenever a traditional tuck-in flap doesn't seal the bottom tightly enough and the product could slip through, tuck-bottom pouch boxes are a better and more cost-effective alternative - at least compared to pouch boxes with a simple tuck-in flap.

    We know that the perfect box size is a matter of precision. So that you can optimally adapt the size of your pouch box to the product or the desired filling quantity, we offer you our boxes in a free format within certain limits. With us you have the choice between a length of 35 mm to 225 mm, a Width of 27 mm to 125 mm and a height of 40 mm to 260 mm.

The variants each have individual properties that are suitable for different purposes. You can choose from grass boxboard, brown cardboard, white folding carton and bright white cardboard.

 grass boxboard is highly sustainable in terms of both production and disposal. In the former case, this material can save large amounts of CO2 compared to chromo board.

With its green natural look and appealing feel, it offers your customers something to look at and touch. It is therefore ideal as a material for your pouch box if you sell organic products in the areas of tea, coffee or spices.

You can certainly attract a large group of buyers with it: One of the many coffee trends, for example, is a focus on sustainability and fair trade, in addition to cold brew or seasonal coffees.

  • Brown natural cardboard: Sturdy material with natural look

    The brown natural cardboard leaves a similarly environmentally friendly impression on your customers, so it is ideally suited for the same products as the grass boxboard. However, it is a little thicker at 0.56 millimeters.

    It is also heavier when you look at the grammage. While the grass boxboard weighs 350 g/m², the weight of the brown natural cardboard is 400 g/m². As a result, the brown natural cardboard looks and is particularly stable.

  • white folding carton: The ideal basis for your design

    The white cardboard, on the other hand, offers the ideal basis for your design due to its neutral color. It is available from us in two variants, which differ in terms of thickness and grammage. These are:
    - GC1
    - GC2

    Our GC1 cardboard has a thickness of 0.57 millimeters and a grammage of 350 G/m², the GC2 cardboard weighs only 280 grams per square meter and is 0.52 millimeters thick. The possibility of applying different designs to the white background makes it ideal as a material for pouch boxes, for example, if you want to appeal to a young generation with your products, for example, if you are selling a new type of confectionery product with a particularly modern image.

    Noble, classy, bright white cardboard

    As the last variant, Palamo offers you bright white cardboard. Due to its bright color and smooth appearance, you can use it if you produce and sell particularly high-value products. With a glance at the bag box, this could include coffees, teas or spices from the delicatessen sector.

    The bright white cardboard is also the heaviest material we offer you. It has a grammage of 450 g/m² and a thickness of 0.52 millimeters.

  • The finishing touch for your pouch box

    In addition to our great designs and shapes, Palamo offers you the possibility to change or refine the look and feel of our pouch boxes. So you have the free choice to provide your product with a protective laminate or varnish .

    Both options are available in a matte and glossy version. In the case of the protective laminate, we also offer you the soft-touch variant, which has a very special feel. All these options have several advantages.

    On the one hand, you can avoid damage such as scratches thanks to the varnish and the laminate. This reduces the risk of parts of your batches being unusable after transport or customers being disappointed due to rapid scratching of the material in everyday use.

    Furthermore, you improve the print image. This ensures that customers who are not yet familiar with your products get a much better and higher-quality first impression of your company and your items. By the way, this doesn't just apply to supermarkets: product photos for your website or social media, where you integrate the packaging, also have a higher-quality effect.
